We have a 30-day return policy on all Lightbody supplements. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your supplement must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. If you wish to make a return of your unopened product, please fill out the form below. Specify in the “Return Details” field why you wish to return the item and what item(s) you are returning. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until we have responded to your return request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they were received defective or damaged. If you received a defective or damaged item, please fill out the Return Request form above and specify that you would like a free replacement.
Returning your Supplement

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipments that get lost in transit, so we recommend using shipment tracking to ensure it reaches our warehouse.
