We have a 30-day return policy on all Lightbody® supplements and are proud to offer a 30-day money back guarantee, minus the cost of shipping.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

 

If you wish to make a return of your product, please fill out the return form below with your order number and let us know why you wish to return your product.

 


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until we have responded to your return request.

Replacements

We only replace items if they were received defective or damaged. If you received a defective or damaged item, please fill out the Return Request form above and specify that you would like a free replacement.

Returning your Supplement

To return your supplement, you should mail it to: 1780 102nd Avenue N STE 500, St. Petersburg, FL 33716.
 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipments that get lost in transit, so we recommend using shipment tracking to ensure it reaches our warehouse.
